The onsen on the 10th floor is a fantastic spot, especially in the morning when it's less crowded. Staff are attentive and friendly, plus there's a convenient coin laundry. Just a short walk from the train station, the location can't be beaten!

Bathrooms are pretty small; might be challenging for larger guests.

I really enjoyed the hot springs-they were a relaxing highlight after long days of meetings. The hotel is super convenient, located just a short walk from the train station, and there are tons of great spots to eat nearby. Plus, they had a coin laundry, which made it easy to freshen up my clothes during my business trip!

My stay wasn’t all smooth sailing. I encountered some really rude guests who clearly disregarded the bath rules, making it uncomfortable. To top it off, my toilet had issues, and when I asked for help, the staff wasn’t very accommodating or understanding. it’s a mixed bag!

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Livemax. As a family of 5, we booked two reasonably priced rooms and the front desk attendant kindly ensured they were next to each other. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities provided. The walk from the station was manageable at around 7-8 minutes.

We enjoyed our city trip and the hotel provided a comfortable stay with excellent facilities. The hot spring was truly refreshing and relaxing. We particularly liked the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Moreover, the hotel location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from various restaurants and stores.

We were slightly disappointed with the room we were initially assigned to, which was meant for smokers. The overwhelming smell was quite bothersome. We had to request for a different room, which still had an unpleasant odor, unfortunately. Another point we think the hotel can improve upon is to provide a common area for guests to mingle and socialize, aside from the hot spring. It would have been a nice touch to the overall experience.

Breakfast was delicious. the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the onsen and the variety of facilities available in the hotel.

It would have been even better if there was a separate lounge area or seating area to socialize and interact with other guests.
